Unfortunately we stopped being vegan, things happened and we just fell off.
But we are committed to getting back into it and improving our lives.
Since we stopped everything went back to the way it was and just got even worse.
Friday, we’ll be taking new measurements, shopping for amazing food, and starting over.
I have a lot of delicious recipes lined up! So get ready for some tasty photos to come your way!
Thanks so everyone for the support and we are grateful for any encouragement or advice from all of you.

Everyone do this!
Tiffany down another 4lbs!
Mikey down another 3lbs!
Were so excited!
So right now Mikey is the only one working. And that’s part time. We really want some bikes! Even if it’s just $1. It would help us be closer to getting them.
So here’s a list of things it would help with:
save gas
help the environment (less gas and elec used)
save money
loose weight
get healthy
get out of the house
So there you go. Help us please? Button is located on front page :)
Sorry, I just had to share that :)
Pics later!

So we have a laundry facility at our apartment. That means we have to walk up and down stairs and walk to the facility. Before I’d be so out of breathe carrying just ONE LOAD. I’d have to sit down so quick because I felt as if I couldn’t breathe and was going to pass out. Well we had a TON of laundry, like a months worth, actually OVER a months worth. So I had to take a few trips. It was a breeze! Seriously. I was, and still am, so damn excited! Like….I CAN BREATHE!
Now poop. No one like to talk about it, but we all do it, one way or another. I was constipated all the time, all of my life. So I was just used to it. And I found out months ago I had internal hemorrhoids. Nasty, yes, normal, for me, yes, normal for others, not so much. So I had to take suppositories. I also had to take fiber pills, twice a day, and add fiber into my drinks. Well guess who’s not taking fiber and suppositories anymore and pooping just great? ME! lol. Yeah, the poops are good now. And I can only blame it on all the cheese and meat I was eating. I was a cheese monster! We’ll I still am, but with vegan cheese now. Cheese is my fav food and will always be.
So there you have it. lol.
Good poops to everyone,
Tiffany
Thanks! We really appreicate it. It actually hasn’t been that hard, and we’re fine tuning our cooking skills!
So yesterday, Tiffany and I walked over 2 miles to Publix to get some groceries. It wasn’t bad at all. We didn’t feel out of breath and we made it there in about 45 mins. It was exhilarating and got us out of the house for a bit. We’re especially excited because we’re going to be getting bikes (hopefully this week!!!) When we get our bikes we’ve already decided that we’re going to use them to go to the store sometimes for exercise and to save gas/money. Things are going great with the vegan living, we’ve been discovering new ways to make tofu and have fallen in love with Seitan! Stay tuned for more updates!!

So today we treated ourselves! We haven’t eaten out in about 2 months or had a date night. So we went to Trang Viet Cuisine located at 1524 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa, FL 33612. They have meat dishes, vegetarian dishes and VEGAN dishes! And what’s awesome is that all the veg dishes are on pink paper so you know :)
Menu can be seen here (not full menu though): http://www.allmenus.com/fl/tampa/46501-trang-viet-cuisine/menu/
Mikey LOVES that place, and I’ve never been. It was pretty good. Found out I didn’t like ginger, but I masked it with rice and soy sauce.
So here’s our vegan food! Also, we got a little too excited and started eating before taking pics. lol.
